Steps away from the surf, with a view of coastal wildlife, including the famous migration of whales, dolphins, flocks of pelicans and other species, The Villa is an extra-ordinary Vacation Rental Home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, gorgeous patio, heated swimming pool, and a fabulous game room with bar and pool table.

Take in the breath-taking view of the sun rising over the majestic Sierra Laguna mountain range with your morning coffee, and the spectacular sunsets, viewed over cocktails, from the upper deck in the late afternoons.

Anyone who plays pool will definitely approve of our top-of-the-line, modern pool table. A precisely leveled surface invites serious competitions. Innumerous games are available, including darts. The game room has a fabulous bar area with full sink, granite counters and refrigerated wine cooler. The outdoor area includes six comfortable loungers, situated around the heated pool, which in turn, graces the side of the Villa facing the ocean.

This area offers a separate tiled poolside shower. A complete outdoor living set, which includes sofa, chairs/ottomans and coffee table, is located on the adjoining terrazzo. Add to this total entertainment area, covered bar and large outdoor table w/six swivel chairs and all you need is the food! To compliment any chef, he or she will find the finest form of barbecuing — the Green Egg.
